Beli Buku Anak di Pameran Big Bad Wolf 2016

Kemarin, tanggal 5 Mei 2016, isteri, kakak ipar, anak, babysitter, dan saya pergi ke International Convention Exhibition Serpong. Ada event yang namanya The big bad Wolf yang katanya ada lebih dari 2 jutaan buku impor dijual dengan harga murah. Acara diadakan di hall 9 dan 10. Kami ke tempat tersebut dari rumah jam setengah 2 siang. Sampai di tempat tujuan jam setengah 3. Parkiran penuh dan sampai2 banyak yang parkir di luar basement gedung. Saya untungnya maju terus dan bisa parkir di bawah basement hall 3.

Mau masuk ke gedung hall saja antri panjang… sempat ragu memperbolehkan Kiran dan isteri masuk soalnya rame banget. hehe… walaupun pada akhirnya saya memperbolehkannya masuk.

Hmmm… buku-buku yang kami beli adalah buku-buku untuk anak batita. Yang banyak gambar-gambarnya. Dan, mostly buku2 terbitan US yang dicetak di Cina. Harga-harganya relatif lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan buku-buku novel yang paperback.

Pineapple Soften Goat Meat

Do you know sate? A barbeque meat, which is sticked by a palm leaf or a bamboo? I have eaten it this night in dinner. My home stay family in Bandung, Indonesia celebrate Idul Adha today. Their korban is a masculine-big-black goat. They shared their meat onto surrounding people including us, “anak kost”. 

To make a meat be soft, we should have some extra flavor. I was surprised that pineapple is one of the flavor of sate. Pineapple is blended with garlic. Another aim is to lose goat smell. Those blended flavors mixed with meat and be pressed. You will get your meat soft. No smell of goat. Without leave your mouth full of meat residue.
