Their korban is a masculine-big-black goat. They shared their meat onto surrounding people including us, “anak kost”.
To make a meat be soft, we should have some extra flavor. I was surprised that pineapple is one of the flavor of sate. Pineapple is blended with garlic. Another aim is to lose goat smell. Those blended flavors mixed with meat and be pressed. You will get your meat soft. No smell of goat. Without leave your mouth full of meat residue.
